Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. LaLa Lux is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier after shipment. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office or the applicable shipping carrier for assistance.
