All sales are final. By placing an order with LaLa Lux, you acknowledge that Lucky Mystery Bags and Diamond Reveals contain surprise items that are selected at random and cannot be customized. Refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will not be issued based on personal preferences, duplicate items, or disappointment with the contents received.

Once an order has been shipped, LaLa Lux is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact your local USPSoffice or the shipping carrier as soon as possible to file a claim or request assistance.
