Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LaLa Lux is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LaLa Lux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you are unable to locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, please contact your local USPS office or the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
